Hello Fam! Welcome to Da Baddest Therapist. My name is Erick Nunez, and I am a man of Puerto Rican and Black descent. I graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work.
Throughout my career, I've advocated for my community those who have been marginalized and oppressed and I’m honored to provide a safe and creative therapeutic space for clients to express themselves openly and freely, with no judgment. My goal is to make therapy comfortable, accessible, and affirming for people of color.

From a client-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused lens (just to name a few), I support clients in reshaping harmful thought patterns, understanding their roots, exploring identity intersections, and most importantly rediscovering their authentic selves.
My style is real, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe change can be scary but so is staying the same.
